Service Description
Drumming has been used for ceremonial purposes for 1000's of years but is only recently being discovered for its health & wellness benefits. Come & join us for a deeply nourishing session where we discover how to use & connect the to power of the drum & to spirit. We connect in with power animals, use the energies of the shamanic medicine wheel to guide us & use Reiki drumming practices. There's no complex rhythms to follow, just a willingness to give it a try. Drumming can take your brain to beta & theta brainwave states of deep meditation & it reduces blood pressure, enhancing improvements to your health & wellbeing. We use the drums to heal ourselves & each other. You'll be welcomed into a lovely group of like-minded souls. **Please pre-book your place - See link below. Pls use the friends & family setting.
