A gorgeously deep dive into sonic bliss is offered with Heather's Rest, Restore & Renew Sound Baths. A new relaxation section has been added at the beginning which will include some deep breathing, some gentle stretching and an invitation to tone 'Om' before you lie down on your mats to get cozy in your blankets & absorb a luscious Sound bath. Heather uses her Subatomic Chau gong, Shamanic Drum, Native Flute, chimes, singing bowls, Crystal bowls & her angelic voice to create a vibrational Soundscape to help you deep into a meditative state to help you restore your mind & body. It helps release blocked emotions. Some people will feel soothed, some see healing colours, some will go on a healing journey. You'll need to bring - Yoga mats or similar, blankets, cushion &/or pillow for your head, water to stay hydrated, herbal tea & nibbles will be served after to help you to ground.
